1. Service Description

  • AI Pro provides top-up services for ChatGPT subscription plans, including Plus, Pro 5x, and Pro 20x.
  • AI Pro is not affiliated with OpenAI, Inc. We are an independent third-party service provider.
  • ChatGPT services are ultimately provided by OpenAI. Their availability and feature changes are beyond our control.

2. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a Google account to use our purchasing features.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the Google account belongs to you and for keeping it secure.
  • All activities performed through your account are considered your own actions.

3. Purchase & Payment

  • Prices are as displayed on the site at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. You are also subject to their terms of service.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will fulfill the corresponding subscription top-up for you.

4. Refund Policy

  • If the top-up fails due to an issue on our end, we will provide a full refund or redo the top-up.
  • Failures caused by your own OpenAI account issues (e.g., account banned, incorrect information) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Successfully completed top-ups are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal activities
  • Attack, disrupt, or interfere with the site
  • Use automated tools to abuse or exploit the service

6. Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for service changes caused by OpenAI policy updates.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect once published on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
